1. Who can use our platform
By using the Flybeth Agent Portal, you confirm that you are a registered travel agent or agency authorized to do business in your area. Using Flybeth is a professional partnership designed to help your business grow by giving you access to our global booking system.
2. Professional rules
Agents must be honest and professional. This includes giving correct information when you sign up, keeping client information private, and following our platform rules. Any violation of these rules may result in losing access to the platform.
3. Bookings
All bookings made through the portal depend on what is available from our providers (airlines and hotels). While Flybeth makes booking and confirmation fast, agents are responsible for checking that all travel details are correct and sharing them with their clients.
4. Payments and earnings
Flybeth gives you access to low prices so you can earn more. Your earnings are calculated based on the price shown at the time of booking. Payments for bookings must be made on time. We may change how earnings are calculated but will always let you know in advance.
5. Limitation of liability
Flybeth acts as a B2B travel fulfillment intermediary. We are not liable for changes, cancellations, or service failures caused by third-party carriers or property managers. However, our 24/7 expert support team is always available to assist agents in resolving disruptions and securing priority rebookings.
6. Termination of access
Flybeth reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the Agent Portal at its sole discretion, including for reasons of non-payment, fraudulent activity, or failure to meet the Professional Code of Conduct. Upon termination, all pending commissions will be settled according to the standard audit process.
